Build the Systems

One way many business operate, is “back of the napkin” management. Meaning, everybody is flying by the seat of their pants when completing tasks with no real structure or system to perform these tasks. This usually results in inconsistent quality of work performed for customers, and true chaos behind the scenes.

You probably have seen this in action, whether it is a non-existent customer service representative, the employee forgetting the fries for your order, or general lack of communication from the business. Obviously, this is no way to scale a business because you will constantly be putting out fires and dealing with unhappy customers, that growth will lead to collapse.

Here at Interior Drama, we pride ourselves on running on systems so that our customers get a consistent experience and know what to expect. We are constantly looking at ways of improving our systems to ensure quality stagings and that our customers become “raving customers” if they are not already. Professionalism and repeatability are what we strive for. We would love to hear your feedback about any process of your staging, as we are always focused on improving our systems.
