Persistence Reigns

In the cutthroat world of real estate sales, there are many roadblocks that will arise.

Ranging from difficult clients, unreliable vendors, and nerve racking negotiations.

Selling a property can be stressful.

The one thing that will allow you to succeed in the face of adversity is all encompassing persistence.

When a seller decides to pull their listing.

When a tire kicking buyer won’t make a decision.

When a contractor is constantly delayed.

When you are having a tough month.

The list goes on and on.

But, the one thing that will separate you from those that leave the business…

Is showing up everyday with a smile on your face and persisting when everything else around you seems to be crumbling.

We are entering dark economic times, and only those that have what it takes will survive.

Bank failures, the war in the Ukraine, rising inflation… you name it.

Persistence is an intangible that can be cultivated like all skills.

It’s just that many are not willing to develop this mental skillset.

I can assure you, when the the sh*t hits the fan, those left standing will be the ones that have given ample time to developing their persistence.
