What is the process of working with a Home Stager?

This is important for you to know because bringing a home stager in at the right time can lead to a seamless transaction process, benefiting all parties involved.

Recently, one of our clients brought us into their listing process 1 week in advance of putting the home on the market. We were able to get the client a quote with 24 hours based on photos from a previous listing and stage immediately after they finished painting the unit. The home was listed according to their timeline goals and went under contract the very first showing after staging.

So, here’s what you need to do so you can have a similar experience with your listings. Let us know early in the process about your listing that would benefit from home staging. This way we can educate your clients on the benefits of staging and convince them of the benefits. This will result in no delays to listing and ensuring that it is marketed in its best light when it hits the market.
