A message from the CEO

Today’s blog is a bit different from normal, where I’d like to take a chance and introduce myself to prospective customers. As a service provider to realtors and homeowners, it is our job to help you sell your home faster and for money, and being a business owner myself, I always like to get to know the owner’s of local businesses on a more personal level.

Interior Drama has been serving Chicago for more than 20 years with our home staging services. Founded my the previous owner, Mary Jo Veverka, Interior Drama has grown into a local business with a reputation of providing a seamless service and being one of the go-to stagers here in Chicago. The strong reputation and relationships with customers is the main reason why I purchased this business. My name is Seth Williams, and I saw an amazing opportunity to take an already great business and grow it to new heights through improved customer service and our furniture aesthetic.

Over the past 3 years, I have had the opportunity to meet our customers and build a relationship as their go-to vendor for staging to help make their jobs easier. I have had the pleasure of focusing on the true pain points our customers see, and finding ways to solve these issues to make their lives easier. My previous career in banking has helped me understand customer concerns, and find ways to improve our service to deliver world-class service these customers.
