There were few gameshows that were more humiliating to get tossed from than The Weakest Link in the 90’s. For those who haven’t seen it, the person is reviewed by their peers after answering questions and then, the person with the most amount of votes gets tossed. Many times, they were not the weakest link based on their accuracy of questions, but based on their peers.

Anyways, the weakest link in a chain renders a chain useless. The same goes for many companies and teams.
